We should really do something else with this subforum, it doesn't seem like there is enough Turkish posters, or a general interest of Turkish basketball on this board.  Maybe we should just delete it all together if no league/area is deemed appropriate of having its own subforum.

Who are the best players of the TBL in 2007/8 Tournament, by now?
Best PG?
SG?
SF?
PF?
C?
Let's speak in these terms: the best in each role amongst the extra-UE, the UE, and the Turkish players as well.
Best new-comers in each role?
Thx in advance!

I will do this but to tell the truth for the roles in Europeans we don't have much. I want to give you the numbers of foreigners per each team.

Efes Pilsen - 6 USA
Fenerbahce Ulker - 2 USA / 2 Slovenia / 1 Bosnia
Besiktas Cola Turka - 2 Puerto Rico / 1 USA / 1 Croatia
Galatasaray Cafe Crown - 4 USA
Turk Telekom - 4 USA
Alpella - 2 USA
Antalya BSB - 4 USA
Banvit - 2 USA / 1 Nigeria / 1 France
Casa Ted - 4 USA
Darussafaka - 3 USA
Kepez - 4 USA / 1 Croatia
Mersin BSB - 3 USA / 1 Macedonian
Mutlu Aku Selcuk - 5 USA
Oyak Renault - 3 USA
Pinar Karsiyaka - 3 USA
TT Net Beykoz - 4 USA

As you can see out of 64 foreigners 54 of them are from USA. So i will make foreign players - Turkish Players

Great job, Efes!
Well, I know Solomon, Hosley, Peker, Wright among all.
And They are really gorgeous, caring attention to the pros and cons of any individual player...I know that Hosley has succeded in making fans of Kasikaya forgetting Marcus Slaughter...is it true?
What about the others?
And what about Ricardo Marsh? Somebody says He's really good...

Silver he has really succeded the fans to forget Marcus Slaughter. He is playing great. He is only 2.01 m. but playing very well in his position. By the way today Alpella bet Efes 98-92 and ?mer Asik scored 25 pts, 14 rebs and 6 assists. Great numbers against 4 big men of Efes. About Ricardo Marsh is playing good. I am not a big fan of him.
On the other hand this year we are having a great season in TBL. Efes in 10 weeks they lost 4 games. Telekom, Galatasaray Cafe Crown in top 2 positions. Then Fenerbah×—e ?lker, Besiktas Cola Turka, Pinar Karsiyaka with 3 defeats. Now Efes in 7th position in the league. But i hope Efes will gear up after February. Because top 16 and play offs will start after that. And we need them in top form after that.

When is the Turkish all-star game?  And will there be a dunk contest?  I'm dying to see Fenerbache's James White in another dunk contest.  In my opinion he's the best dunker in professional basketball.  Hopefully clips will be on Youtube if there is a dunk contest.

Efes, what do You think about Kenny Adeleke, center of Banvit?
Someone says that he's improving his game, offensevely as well as defensively...and that he could be compared to Michael Wright right now...!
Your appreciated opinion?

Kenny Adeleke is improving his game. He is very effective on the defensive side, esp. rebounds. On the offensive end he was not very good at the beggining of the season but he is good now. Yesterday his stats against Kepez was 23 pts (11/13 2pts) and 12 rebs. If we compare with Michael Wright, he is not on his level. But he has capability and if we think he is 24 now, he can be a player like Michael Wright.
